ESRL provides this service to enable Employers set up Equality Quality (E-Quality) circles in their organisation. The concept of Quality Circle [QC], is ‘a small group of people doing similar work, identify and discuss their work for the success of the organisation’. This drives the setting up of the e-quality team. Historically, a range of work process has variously followed a linear model of input, process, output and outcomes. This model has had its challenges and attendant preferences designed to fit a particular outcome or purpose[i].
