Equalities Sensitivity Rating Ltd (ESRL) works with a range of Employers such as Royal Chartered Organisations (RCOs), Central Government and its Ministries and Agencies, Local Government, Limited Companies – private and public, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) and Companies limited by guarantee (PLGs), who have a problem with sensitivity to all the protected characteristics as outlined in the Equalities Act 2010.
The mission of ESRL is to create space to hold markets and market users socially accountable.
Our main social accountable service is our specialist E-listing Membership Service which is the basis of our Equality Infrastructure Services of Member, Gold and Platinum. Our target market is UK Employers in the Private, Public and Civil sectors. We shall use personalised communication and other methods to reach Employers.
ESRL’s management is mainly team work and flat organisation. Business development will rely on peer to peer work and team work.
Internal ESRL performance is to be monitored using finance, market and operations indicators to measure performance against market, volume and financial targets. Based on this reports can be produced for the benefit of the flat teams and the board of directors. This becomes a basis for motivating corporate performance in finance, marketing and operations.
