There are business managers for infrastructure, product innovation and the management of customers.<\/p>\n
There will be a Business Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (BPME) team which will be an E-quality circle.<\/p>\n
The BPME will manage listing and rating development operations, receive all reports and take corrective action.<\/p>\n
The BPME Flat Team will meet at least once a week, once a month and a quarter respectively.<\/p>\n
The Weekly meeting will deal with ongoing operational matters.
\nThe Monthly meeting will deal with ongoing tactical matters and income and expenditure figures.<\/p>\n
Quarterly meetings are strategy meetings which review strategies.<\/p>\n
