Where, at the push of a button on\na Google Search, an employer can have combinations of words\/phrases for\naddressing or to dress-up any emotional injuries arising from racism or\ndiscriminatory practices; the offended are not likely to easily recognise that\n\u2018old racism\u2019 is being dried and \u2018new\/sophisticated\/ gleaming racism\u2019 is being\nproduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ESRL\u2019s worry, in this context is that the UK Equalities Act 2010<\/strong> constructed to persuade\nemployers to be sensitive to identified equalities characteristics will in time\nbe \u2018dry-cleaned\u2019.
