ESRL has\nconstructed the topical question from two trajectories: a Don Juan Manuel (1282-1348)fable \u2018The Emperor is naked\u2019<\/em>, about loyal workers who rather than lose\ntheir jobs by telling the truth, hoodwinked the Emperor to believe \u2018His Majesty\u2019<\/em> was well-dressed whereas\nhe was naked.  A Lorenz (1952) biological observation to quote: \u2018species of geese follow, as it if were\ntheir mother, the first moving object they encounter upon breaking their\nshells, and they continue to do so even when they are confronted by their real\nmother\u2019<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of \u2018The Emperor is naked\u2019, non-black people camouflage their everyday RACISM \/ RACE-ism with a range of camouflages variously described as attire; fashion; trend; make-up, smart, uniform, hats, shoes, jewellery, adornments, etc., etc.; the greater unknown camouflage is left to GOD \u2018the be-and-end of existence\u2019<\/em>.\u00a0 Simply put, human are content to re-enforce their continued existence or survival with RACISM \/ RACE-ism camouflages whatever the consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of biology,\nESRL asserts that non-black people camouflage their RACISM \/ RACE-ism with all sorts\nof camouflages, which their young pick up, then follow even if they find that its\nfoolishness to do so.  The camouflage of\n(i) Why? knowledge to find out; (ii) How? \u2013 a capacity to find out; (iii) When?\npassion and need for finality.  All these\nare camouflages for problem solving postures, with exclusive positive outcome for\nnon-black people.  Any accidental\npositive outcome by black people is qualified\/underscored by negative\/underhand\nphrases such as \u2018not fit for purpose\u2019; \u2018need a second opinion\u2019; etc., etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The above\nseedlings when planted\/transplanted at work place owned by non-black people,\nsuggests that such places are clothed with camouflages of and for RACISM \/\nRACE-ism.  One\nexample is token meaningful\/gainful engaging of black skin people as who?? But\nnot what they can do?  Another is\nbenevolence as long as any single one black person does not demonstrate\nexcellence above or beyond that of non-black people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equalities Act 2010 implored\nemployers to recognise and remove all sorts of biological camouflages prevalent\nin work place especially those used to hide or to allow RACISM \/ RACE-ism to\nsurvive and thrive at work place.  The\nfirst biological camouflage is the accusing thumb that points at employers\u2019\nrole in seedling, watering and harvesting from RACISM\/RACE-ism at work place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following samples lifted\nfrom the appended readings have all the fable and biological camouflages for\nRACISM\/RACE-ism to thrive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
