<\/em>The set of words and phrase\nindiscriminately capture or can be used to capture negative human experiences\nwith equalities in employment.&nbsp; Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this issue of \u2018Equalities\u2019,\nemployers wield vast economic and social powers and therefore the capacity to\nIGNORE any political persuasion to attend to discriminations practices in\nemployment.&nbsp; This tendency, may be, is\ninformed by employers\u2019 hierarchy of needs or priorities remaining different\nfrom that of employees, despite this immortalised \u2018clarion call\u2019 by <strong>Hippokrates of Kos<\/strong> breathing down the\nneck of employers for 2500 years.&nbsp; Equalities\u2019\nfor an employer, \u2018is more or less an inconvenience to live with; and for an\nemployee, have to be attended to as its central to optimal performing for the respective\nemployer.&nbsp; \u2018Equalities\u2019 as an issue is caught\nin the middle hence the ESRL invoking of Hippokrates of Kos \u2018clarion call\u2019 for\nan-in-depth look observed below of select statements gleaned from On-line\ncomments:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Positives:<\/strong>\n\u2018Equalities\u2019 is comforted&nbsp; \u2018&#8230;harsher measures with have negative impact&#8230;\u2019, such as, \u2018&#8230;quality\nof work will suffer and customers\u2019 will not be happy&#8230;\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In\nthe middle:<\/strong> are words\/phrases such as \u2018&#8230;better to\ntackle these issues together..\u2019;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u2018&#8230;we\nknow what a dodgy deal&nbsp; looks\nlike&#8230;\u2019;&nbsp; \u2018&#8230;glass ceiling for women in\nemployment has been smashed !!!&#8230;.\u2019;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Somewhere\nare the following encouraging observation<\/strong>: \u2018&#8230;Written guide\nto employers\u2019 to avoid breaching\/breaking the Equalities Act 2010&#8230;; \u2018&#8230;Government\nprocurement will be more imaginatively used in favour of the more \u2018Equalities\u2019\nsensitive employers&#8230;.\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alecho-oita, a director at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/equalitiessensitivityrating.com\/\">Equalities Sensitivity Rating<\/a><\/strong>\ncommented as follows;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through an experiment, we can compare how the Equalities\nAct 2010 \u2018protected characteristics fares.&nbsp;\nI suspect that two groups will emerge. &nbsp;One, namely \u2013 Age, Disability, Pregnancy and\nMaternity;
