There are at least two arising hypotheses to the\nabove question: (i) Pick any employment\nplace managing discrimination, you will find all sorts of constructs,\ncontingencies, addressing\/redressing tools suggesting that things will go\nwrong. (ii) Pick any public\/private dialogue\/conversation\nabout racism at a work place, the underlying anxiety or apprehension is about something\nis wrong. This throws up a few conundrums,\nsuch as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(a) \u00a0The prevalence of mechanisms to surround\/contain discrimination must be that things will and do go wrong!!; (b) \u00a0In an environment, where black employees are absent do not go wrong and penultimately nothing to discuss!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The above viewed against \u2018Economic recession\u2019; ESRL\nwonders if it\u2019s black people who trigger it! as statics show… \u2018blacks are more likely to lose their jobs\u2019\nand ….\u2018blacks are less likely to be hired\u2019….. \u2018either way\u2019 …… \u2018to\nkick-start the economic recovery\u2019. With\nhindsight, employers\u2019 action\/reaction may well be informed by the history of\nthe economic relations between \u2018black employees\u2019 and \u2018others\u2019 as such\naction\/reactions are backed by financial\/productivity figures. Looking at another phenomena \u2013 \u2018Crime\/fear of\ncrime\/criminality\u2019; ESRL wonders if the construct and outcomes of International\nCriminal Court [ICC] institutionalises the attitude that both \u2018black employees\nor employers\u2019 must be contained to stop things going wrong.
